Those same industry advisors brought to our attention many additional services needed by wineries that are beyond the application functions but certainly not beyond the collective expertise of V2D’s professional staff. Following is a menu of services that client wineries can select from to improve their business performance.

Service and Technical Support - $200/Month

This covers all future upgrades and provides 24/7 support and protection for your investment in V2D software applications.

Winery User Group - No Charge

A free service for client wineries, this allows you to inquire and exchange information about the operation of the applications with other clients and our development team with the opportunity to specialize by functional areas, etc.

Message Board - No Charge

A free service for client wineries to post information (such as items for sale, or equipment sought) to be shared among other V2D client wineries.

Business Services Set-Up - $50/Hour

Authorize.net / UPS
Rather than taking your timeV2D staff can do the set-up processes needed to quickly make your e-commerce and POS software applications fully functional with Authroize.Net & UPS.

Database Preparation
Most wineries can simply transfer their existing customer database using excel or another comma-delimited application. However, if the customer database is not in ideal condition, V2D staff can make the necessary improvements for you for optimum performance in the new application.

Application Customization - $100/Hour

V2D staff can create enhancements to the POS software application to meet the special requirements and requests of your winery operation.

Web Development - Project Specific

V2D staff can create and manage the content of your web site for your winery.

Template Development - $250 ($150 with Web Developer)

V2D staff can produce customized website templates for your winery shopping cart.

Product Pictures/ Bottle Shots

V2D staff can produce professional quality “bottle shots” for your shopping cart.

Web Hosting - $150/Month

V2D can provide this critical function for your winery, rather than utilizing an independent vendor.

Management of Pay/Click Advertising - $500

V2D staff can help direct additional traffic to your website by creating and implementing a targeted internet advertising program.

Compliance Service - Project Specific

Wineries needing additional compliance assistance, such as preparing and completing reports, license and brand applications, research, etc., can select this service for above and beyond the basic compliance functionality provided in the V2D application.

Order Processing - $200/Month

V2D staff can manage the e-commerce, wine club orders, and credit card processing functions, saving winery staff time.

Media Package - Project Specific

V2D PR professionals can help prepare your winery press kit and sales presentation materials;
maintain clippings of media exposures including a web-archive; write your customer and wine club newsletters; evaluate and, if necessary, re-design labels / website / brand image; etc.

Awards and Recognition Management - Project Specific

V2D can manage the time-consuming and detail-oriented tasks of competition entries and media sample submissions & distributions.

Customer Relations Management - $200/Month

V2D can create and facilitate extensive communications to multiple tiers of target customers (direct consumers, retail accounts, wholesale accounts and other type of contacts) and help your winery design aggressive marketing techniques to enhance sales.

Business Development Services - Project Specific

Utilize V2D expertise to create professional business, marketing and strategic plans, evaluate distributor relationships, etc., to help achieve your winery’s potential.

Extended Compliance Services

Maureen Swaney, proprietor of Winery Compliance Northwest, will respond to most client winery inquiries without charge. More extensive or complete winery compliance services are available per her fee schedule.
