Vineyard2Door provides a complete wine club management features set to allow wineries to increase their wine club sales. Those features include:

Club Management

Wineries can create an unlimited number of wine clubs that customers can belong to. Clubs can include discount percentages on single-bottle, full-case and mixed-case sales.

Membership Management

Wine club members can be created, viewed and edited by the winery staff directly. Members can be exported to a Microsoft-Excel-compatible file for use in third party applications, as necessary.

Club Order Management

Regular club shipments can be automatically entered for all club members, or on a per-club basis, using an order template.

Club Order Batch Payment Authorization

Batched wine club orders can be automatically authorized in bulk using the online credit card authorization gateway's third party technology. Orders will be updated with the outcome of the authorization and the order will be marked paid or rejected.

Club-Specific E-Mail Newsletters

Wineries can send e-mail newsletters to club members on a per-club basis with upcoming shipment information or club-specific news and features. Newsletters can carry graphics, be personally addressed and edited easily using a rich text editor, similar to Microsoft Word.

Shipping Documents

Common carrier shipping labels, documents and tracking numbers are easily generated by the system and batched for large club shipments.
