Distributor Sales
The Vineyard2Door POS Application includes an interface for the winery to conduct business with its various distributors, including features such as:
Distributor Accounts/Profiles
Distributors will be defined and given accounts by which they may remotely log into the winery's Vineyard2Door.com Point of Sales Application and place or view status on orders/shipments. The distributor profiles will include information such as:
- Contact information - The distributor will have a complete contact profile including their terms of payment on file with the system.
- Pricing levels and SKU-based discounts - Each distributor will have customer pricing levels and the ability to offer products at special SKU-level discounts.
Offer Management
Wineries can create custom, time-specific, SKU-specific and quantity-specific offers for their distributors to accept on products they wish to discount - special purchase allowances (SPA) and depletion allowances (DA).
Distributor Reporting
Wineries can view sales volume and other key reports on a per-distributor basis.
