Reports

In addition to the standard POS register features, the Vineyard2Door POS Application will track sales and sales associate data to allow for a variety of reporting methods, including:

Revenue Reporting

Revenues generated through the POS register terminals are tracked and can viewed on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Product Sales Reporting

Based on the sales processed through the POS register terminals, merchandise sales volumes can be tracked and viewed.

Sales Associate Reporting

Each sales associate will be tracked and will show their daily sales averages, top products sold by sales associate, and other sales associate data.

Overages/Shortages Reporting

Overages and shortages can be tracked by register and by sales associate.

Inventory Reporting

Inventory allocated to the retail sales location can be tracked at any time, the system will estimate when a product is scheduled to run out of inventory, and the system will flag the products that are in need of immediate replenishment.

Wine Club Reporting

Products sold to wine club members can be tracked by sales volume and frequency.
