Black currants, plum and a hint of licorice intermingle with some soft strawberry, white pepper and spice. Not overly complex, allowing fresh fruit and a balanced package to feature prominently.

Notes of dark plums, black cherry, cured meat and a hint of clove. A soft and fragrant pepper is there but it is buried in the fruit at this time. A touch of saline and a floral push add to the complexity.

The nose starts with honey, peach pit, a light toastiness, white nut oil and a citrus cream. The palate has a creamy beginning giving way to citrus rind and a structured finish.

A nose of smoke, ripe plums, liquored black fruit, camphor and minerals. This wine is expansive, filling every inch with superfine tannins that are underpinning massive amounts of black fruit and dark spice.

Up front a mild yellow tropical fruit mixed with grapefruit and honeydew melon and an undercurrent of herbs and a dried grass. The palate is round and crisp with enough acid and structure to balance the plump melon and citrus fruit.

Red currants, dried strawberry, plum skin and vanilla bean mixed with dark spices. A swirl brings up plum jam, strawberries and a light caramel spice.

An intensely bright nose filled with raspberry jam, strawberries, plum and whiffs of smoke and spice. A swirl brings weight and sweetness to the fresh vibrant fruit on the still nose.

Deep garnet in color, with notes of plums, currants and dried Strawberries buffered by vanilla bean and smoky oak. Swirling brings up ripe, textured black fruit, with a beautiful nose that shows balance and purity. A great wine with pasta or meats!

Swirling releases a yeasty richness, balanced with white peach and melon. The palet is thick and dense while being light on its feet. A facinating wine now but should age beautifully for the next 3-5 years.

The palate is a skyscraper, with round creamy tannins and perfect transitions. This wine is plush and silken, showcasing our fantastic vineyard sources put together in our flagship wine. Aging of 3-5 yrs recommended for overall experience.
