New Release, the 2008 Champoux is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 27% Cabernet Franc 23% Merlot all form the world renowned Champoux Vineyard.

From one of Washington’s most renowned vineyards, this cabernet is deep, complex and delicious showing strong notes of berry, earth and minerality.

This is the Baroness's third release of a Meritage blend. It has nearly equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. A blend of 2008 vintages from Horse Heaven Hills and Yakima Valley vineyards. Try with the Cheese Fondue at Pavz

Our Pinot Gris is unoaked and has been produced with a clean, crisp, slight hint of citrus to its finish with a floral aroma. An excellent match with seafood, light pasta dishes featuring an herbed cream or butter sauce.

A lighter, fruitier alternative to Pinot Noir or Beaujolais, pairs well with red sauced pasta, lamb, pork, salmon or turkey. You will notice lively blackberry, raspberry and cherry qualities to our Lemberger that have not been covered by any oak.
