Our 2011 LH from our own estate grown SB grapes, the fruit was pressed while the grapes were frozen to extract only the sweetest juice, then slowly fermented to produce this elegant dessert wine.

Aromas of citrus, lemongrass, minerality and a little passion fruit.

Up front a mild yellow tropical fruit mixed with grapefruit and honeydew melon and an undercurrent of herbs and a dried grass. The palate is round and crisp with enough acid and structure to balance the plump melon and citrus fruit.

Swirling releases a yeasty richness, balanced with white peach and melon. The palet is thick and dense while being light on its feet. A facinating wine now but should age beautifully for the next 3-5 years.

2011 Sauvignon Blanc It has aromas of lemon grass, grape fruit and white peaches. Dry and crisp with good acidity and flavors of green apple, citrus and passion fruit.
