ABOUT THE WINE

This Chardonnay is a limited bottling of "old vine" Chardonnay from the Smasne Vineyard in the Columbia Valley, planted in 1981.  Fermentation in stainless steel leads to a fruit forward Chardonnay with a caramel undertone, ripe melons, and long finish.
