Released winter 2009: Gård Vintners' 2007 Dry Riesling

Notes from Winemaker Robert Smasne:
At 1,675 feet elevation, this block of Riesling has some of the most picturesque views of the Royal Slope. Barrel fermented in neutral oak and aged 8 months sur lees, the wine has a rich blend of scents and flavors. It?s lush yet delicate, with concentrated depth and well-balanced acidity. Honeysuckles, flower blossoms, lemon tarts, and jasmine lead the way to a burst of honey, toasted almonds and sweet fruit flavors.

Our Riesling grapes are the product of our estate vineyard, Lawrence Vineyards, on the scenic Frenchman Hills of Washington's Columbia Valley.

We take as much care in growing the grapes as we do in producing the wine, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
