Similar to the Trocken-styled Mosel wines, this dry Riesling showcases why this grape has been considered for centuries one of the most noble grapes.  This wine has unbelievable aging potential (German ?Hocks? have been known to drink well after 200 years).  A very clean wine with a long finish, it has the ability to take the fragmented portions of an eclectic meal and organize them.
