?Vendange Tardive? means late-harvest, yet there is no residual sugar in this wine. This Riesling was taken through a full malolactic fermentation, which resulted in a rich, creamy, Alsatian-style wine that will outlive most red wines. Extremely complex, this wine is great with smoked foods.
